Saeed Roustayi  

Saeed Roustayi est né en 1989 à Téhéran. Il est diplômé en réalisation de la Soureh Film University. Il réalise trois courts métrages puis un documentaire  très remarqué, couronné de plus d’une centaine de prix. Son premier long métrage, Life and a Day en 2016, reçoit les neuf principaux prix du Festival International du Film de Fajr à Téhéran. Leila et ses frères est sélectionné en compétition officielle à Cannes en 2022 comme son dernier film Woman and Child en 2025.
