Christophe Maulavé is critical since the middle 2000's, writing for Ecran Noir. He grew up discovering chinese and japanese cinema with tens of video tapes, well kept. Then, going to Cannes, Venise, Brussels and Vesoul Film Festivals, made him encounter som idols, and more important, the new asian talents.
