Nagnaidorj Badamsuren was born in 1946 in Bayanchandman. After his secondary studies, he started to work as a light operator at Mongol Kino Film STudios. Passionate about cinema, he is given opportunity to wark as director Jigjid Dejid's assistant in 1966. From 1969 to 1974, he studies cinema at famous movie school VGIK under supervision of famous director I.V. Talankine. Nagnaidorj Badamsuren always worked for Mongol Kino, as well as teaching and talking about foreign movies back in Mongolia. He has been many times rewarded by Mongolian State.
