Yuan Qing  

Yuan Qing was born in 1987. After studying at the Beijing Film Academy, she worked as an editor. In 2012, she directed a short film, Huma Vessel, which was selected for several festivals. Shot in Malaysia, her first feature film, 3 Adventures of Brooke, was selected for the Venice Film Festival and won an award at the Nantes 3 Continents Festival.
