Kelzang Dorjee is a filmmaker based in Thimphu, Bhutan. His short films, A Song of Silence (2016) and Why is the Sky Dark at Night? (2021), explore loneliness, desire, and the invisible dimensions of human experience. He has also worked as an assistant director on several award-winning films, including The Red Phallus (2018), The School at the End of the World (2019), and The Monk and the Gun (2023).
