Eric Khoo  

Eric Khoo was born in Singapore in 1965. His first feature film, Mee Pok Man, won awards in Singapore and Japan. Since then, all of his films have been selected for and won awards at major international festivals. Together with his co-writer James Toh and actress Lucilla Teoh, he wrote a manifesto that led to the creation of the Singapore Film Commission. Eric Khoo was made a Chevalier de l'ordre des Arts et Lettres in 2008. He has also produced several multi-award-winning films, such as 15 and Apprentice in 2016.
