Seo Seung-hee graduated in cinema from Panthéon-Sorbonne. She worked for fifteen years at Kofic (Korean Film Council). She has translated around a hundred Korean films into French, including Parasite by Bong Joon-ho. Since 2019, she has been the programmer of European films at the Busan International Film Festival. She chairs the Marc Haaz jury.
