Zhao Tao

Zhao Tao is a Chinese actress, born on January 28, 1977 in Taiyuan in Shanxi province. She began her career in 1999 and appeared in about ten films. She is notably the favorite actress of director Jia Zhang-ke, whom she married in 2012. She will receive an honorary Cyclo d'or at the opening ceremony of the 31st Vesoul International Festival of Asian Cinemas, just like Jia Zhang-ke.
