Okuyama Hiroshi  

Okuyama Hiroshi is a young Japanese director, cinematographer, screenwriter, and editor. In 2014, while still in high school, he directed a music video Graduation Party screened at the Kyoto International Film Festival. From 2017 onwards, he focused on photography. In 2018, his short film Tokyo October 21 was selected for the Tokyo and Busan Short Film Festivals. That same year, he directed his first feature film, Jesus, which won an award at the 66th San Sebastian Film Festival. In 2024, his second feature film, My Sunshine, was selected for Un Certain Regard at the Cannes Film Festival.
