Lost in the crowds in Tokyo, a man is going to meet Mahiro, his twelve-year-old daughter whom he has not seen in years. Their meeting is cool at first but they promise to meet up again. What Mahiro does not know is that her 'father' is in fact an actor with the Family romance company, hired by her mother. - 'The film's inner storm is not perceptible on the surface.
