Young orphan Mimiko lives in her grand-mother’s house. While she is left alone for a few days, a baby panda and his father, which have escaped from the nearby zoo, enter the house and settle down. The three of them soon become the best friends in the world, even though the little panda seems to be used to doing stupid things: spreading panic in the school canteen and almost getting drowned in the river. One day, the little panda discovers an intruder sleeping in its bed: a tiger having lost its way to its circus. This is how Mimiko and the two pandas bring the tiger back to its mother and spend wonderful moments among the circus people. They even save animals from a flood! This is worth a splendid parade in the streets of the city, to the children’s greatest delight!
