Panah Panahi was born in Tehran in 1984. He studied cinema in the Tehran Arts University. His first short film is selected and awarded in many national and international festivals. He also became member of the New Dehli Osian Cinefan Festival jury, set photographer, then operator assistant and director assistant. Moreover, Panah is consultant, editor and director assistant on the recent feature films of Jafar Panahi. Hit the Road is his first feature film.
