Keisuke Kinoshita is a Japanese director and scriptwriter, born December 5th 1912 in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka and who died December 30th 1998 in Tokyo. He directed Japan's first domestic post-war color movie, Carmen Comes Home (1949), Twenty-Four Eyes (1953) and The Balad of Narayama (1958).
