Alain Désoulières, lecturer in Urdu, responsible for Indian History, in charge of South-East Asian territories at Inalco. For many years, he includes a study of TV fictions from both India and Pakistan in Urdu language in his conferences. He starts his studies from Urdu Litterature he loves; but he also follows trace of latest Hindi and URdu releases to prepare his conference cycles "Litterature and Cinema" within an European funded research work. He is participating in many European modern Asian studies seminars all over Europe (like in Lund, Sweden, Lyede near London, etc).
