Ma Li teaches Chinese Languages and the work as interpreter at Inalco. She came to France because of her passion for cinema and studies Performing Arts and Cinema at Panthéon - La Sorbonne Paris I. Currently a doctorate at Paris I, she is currently preparing a thesis about drunkenness in Hong Kong Martial Arts movies. She is also part of the Litterature and Cinema research team of Cerlom Center.
