Presence:
Xie Fei was born in 1942 in Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province. A graduate of Beijing Film Academy before the institution clsoed because of Cultural Revolution in 1965. At its re-opening, he becomes director for theater and cinema and a vice-president of that institution.
