Brigitte de la Royère has a passion for China. She travelled many times to the country, did several conferences and researched Chinese movies between 1978 and 2004. 1990, she organized an inportant Chinese Movies etrospective at Raoyal Cinemathèque in Belgum. In 2005, she publishess a News Letter about Chinese Cinema and helps promoting Chinese Movies. She has a huge database and knowledge about Chinese Cinema. She collaborated with many film festivals.
