Wafa Ghermani is a film specialist focused on Taiwan film history and the question of national identity. She worked for French Cinemathèque and as a consultant for numerous film events focused on Asian cinema, such as Vesoul International Film Festival of Asian Cinema, Warsaw's Five Flavours Film Festival, Neuchatel International Fantastic Film Festival...She also co-wrote several books about Taiwanese Cinema.
