Bae Chang-ho was born on May 16, 1953 in Taegu, South Korea. Aftet graduating from business management major, he was sent to set up a branch in Nairobi, Kenya. He started by accumulating some experience on the field working as a directing staff of Lee Jang-ho, before directing his very own fiction feature in 1982.
