Olmi is a writer and professor who is going through a deep existential and artistic crisis. His pregnant wife finds him with his mistress. Yet, the situation gets worse when his best friend about to die, requests him to look after his wife, beautiful Zebo. Searching for her, he gets lost in a dream-like place where women live in total harmony. Is it a dream, or another reality?
This astonishing Uzbek film invites us to a wonderful journey, in search of the essence of femininity. During this journey, real or coming from Olmi’s imagination, we discover an incredible collection of portraits, which do not comply with Central Asian traditions. Will the audience come across reality, like Olmi, or remain in a dream at least for a while?
