A boy, orphaned by his father lives with his mother. The only means in which his mother can raise him is by accepting the aid of an important village figure with whom her son works as a model employee. He ignores the relationship between his mother and his boss. Soon the young man marries his employer's daughter, but the marriage is a failure and he returns to live with his mother.
